  • You will receive a custom macro plan for YOUR specific body, metabolism, and goals. *If you have never counted macros before or don't know what this means - that's OK! Before we start I will have a pre-training for you on exactly what this is, and how to do this if you are new to this.*
  • We will have coaching sessions around meal prepping, meal planning, eating out, and more to help you reaching your goals.

THIS MEANS: You will learn how to fit in treats, nights out with friends, and the fun stuff without feeling miserable or guilty :-)

WHAT IF I’M VEGETARIAN / VEGAN?

No problemo! I am extremely familiar with the vegetarian diet and I work with MANY vegetarian / vegan clients regularly. I use a flexible 'If it Fits Your Macros' style for nutrition coaching, which accommodates a range of eating styles and dietary preferences while still shedding fat and toning up.

 

DO YOU HAVE OTHER PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?

I understand that everyone's financial situation is different and many of you are students, etc. If you need a different structure to the payment instead of 2 installments, please send me a direct message and we can discuss further. 

 

WHAT IF I’M TRAVELING AT SOME POINT DURING THESE 8 WEEKS?

The whole point of this is to learn how to achieve results EVEN with a crazy life going on. Your whole life should not revolve around fitness; Fitness should be ONE PART of your life that enhances your life. If you’re traveling we will make it work! We will discuss how to make healthy choices when traveling, how to stay on track with your workouts, and other strategies. I will also provide you with a few at-home or hotel workouts you can do if you can’t make it to the gym.

 

HOW MUCH FAT CAN I LOSE IN 8 WEEKS?

All of us lose fat at different rates and I am NOT a proponent of extreme weight loss. ON AVERAGE a healthy and steady rate of weight loss I aim for with clients is roughly ~1lb a week. However please note this is never linear, and your results will range a lot depending on where you are at now and your current level of leanness. If you currently are at a higher body-fat percentage, you may lose weight faster than someone who is a lower body fat percentage lean. I do NOT guarantee any results, as your results are really determined by YOUR effort, adherence, and consistency. These numbers are JUST the historical averages I have gotten with my clients.

 

DO I REALLY NEED THIS? I FEEL LIKE I CAN DO IT MYSELF.

Chances are, if you really could get your dream body by yourself you wouldn't have read this far down on the page :)
Honestly, the BIGGEST mistake I made on my fitness journey was thinking I could "do things myself." I downloaded ALL the workout apps and PDFs, I tried ALL the diets. I spent hours in the depths of the internet looking for the magic secret that could help me lose the last 10lbs instead of just having someone hold me accountable and understand my body.

So. Do you really need a coach? No. You can continue to waste time and money with apps, diets, and other plans that are not customized to your body. You can continue scrolling through Instagram looking for “Fitness Inspiration” and “Motivation” instead of staying accountable to someone. You can continue to pick yourself apart in pictures and continue to STARE at the clothes in your closet you've been longing to wear instead of actually wearing them and feeling crazy confident in them.

I can tell you that investing in a coach was the BEST decision I ever made in my life. With one investment I saved myself YEARS of wasted time and energy, and THOUSANDS of wasted dollars... and I finally got results. I'M MORE ADVANCED IN THE GYM... IS THIS STILL FOR ME? OR IS IT FOR BEGINNERS ONLY?

Since everything I do is 100% custom for you, I meet you where you’re at with your experience level. If you're more advanced, your program will include more advanced movements. If you're a beginner, we will start with some simple dumbbell moves so you can get the hang of things. If you're ever unsure of any moves, you can send me a simple selfie video of you doing the move and I will review your form.

 

IS THIS A CHALLENGE?

NoThis is not some challenge where you compete against each other and then fall off the wagon + regain the weight back at the end of the 8 weeks.

The problem with fitness challenges is that they never teach you how to train and eat on your OWN. Once the challenge is over most people go back to their old lifestyle and gain the weight right back. This is a custom online coaching program in a group format. By the end of this if you follow the plans with your best effort you WILL see changes in your body… But you will ALSO know exactly how to train and eat for the rest of your life.

 

DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?  

Nope! If you are working out at home you can get a set of varied dumbbells or adjustable weights, and we can make it work just fine.

 

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED TO SPEND IN THE GYM?

Since everything I do is custom, I try to accommodate your realistic lifestyle as best as possible. I.e., if you tell me you absolutely cannot workout more than 3x a week, we will make sure your plan is AS effective as possible for those three days. If you’re already more advanced and working out 5-6x a week, we will structure your plan to accommodate a larger training volume. I usually try and keep workouts under an hour a session.

 

CAN I INCORPORATE GROUP CLASSES (Yoga, Orange Theory, Etc) INTO MY PROGRAM? 

Yes! Again, everything I do is custom to YOUR specific preferences AND lifestyle, so if you want to incorporate some of your favorite group classes into your program we can do that!

 

CAN I JOIN IF I LIVE INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! This program is open to international applicants. All live-streams will take place during business hours US Pacific Time, but they will be available to you to view afterwards if you cannot make it live. Please note that all payments will be processed in USD. 

 

WHAT IF I WANT MORE HANDS-ON SUPPORT?

If you'd like more hands-on support, you can work with me 1:1 in my 12-week coaching program. With this, you will get everything that is included in the 8-week program but you also get weekly checkins on the phone, in-depth help with meal planning / meal prep, complete Voxer access to me, and more.
