Stop wasting money on your gym membership

**HOW RIDICULOUS** is it that you drop so much money on your gym membership…. but then literally don’t know how to use half the space at the gym? (Or are too intimidated to go into it?)

To me this was insane and and felt like the ultimate waste of my time. I started to realize that if I'm putting in the money to PAY for a gym membership, DRAGGING myself there, and then BUSTING my ass in my workouts…. I better be getting a damn effective workout that is getting me results, because otherwise I am just wasting my time there.

You are not going to get results from using the exact same cardio machine over and over again. As I learned the hard way, you CANNOT expect your body to change if your workouts never change.

If you've joined a gym, you have an entire plethora of tools now at your disposal to sculpt the body of your DREAMS. So ladies - LEARN HOW TO USE IT! Invest in a trainer or coach to help you get started. Watch YouTube videos or start with programs online. Yes a trainer is going to be an investment that will cost you money. But, just like any investment, it will pay off when you finally learn how to workout effectively and stop wasting your time + money. Plus finally getting your dream bod won't hurt either.
