CHIA SEED BREAKFAST PUDDING

Eat chia seeds daily and poo like a champion. The fiber in them is amazing for your digestion and a great way to start your morning! 

Chia seed oat pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1/3 cup plain instant oatmeal 
  • 1 banana (or fruit of your choice) chopped 
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • OPTIONAL: 1 packet stevia, 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, or sweetener of your choice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Put all ingredients in a glass or jar and mix thoroughly.

2. Let sit overnight or at LEAST 30 minutes before eating!
